Joseph B Sweeney was born into a real estate family in Washington, DC. Raised with his three brothers in Chevy Chase, DC, Joe is a proud product of the DCPS, having attended Lafayette, Deal, and Wilson. He started selling real estate in February 2005. Working with his father for his first 3 years in the business, Joe learned what it takes to sell a house in any market. Immediately Joe established himself as a hard worker with a knack for finding a good buy.

Jason Friedman grew up in Columbia, MD.  He began his career in the United States Air Force where he supported missions in Kosovo, Europe and the Middle East.  He was awarded a Commendation Medal for his efforts during this period and was hand selected to support the FBI in Tanzania, Africa. After returning home, Jason settled into the DC Metro area where he worked to support the Pentagon in various capacities.

In the spring of 2007 Jason joined the Erich Cabe team and quickly began serving his clients in DC, Maryland and Virginia. His friendly demeanor has helped his clients feel assured and at ease through every phase of their real estate transaction.  Jason works with buyers and sellers and has stood out as an exceptional organizer due to the attention to detail he has learned from his years of military service and work supporting the Pentagon.

Michelle Calachino grew up in North East Pennsylvania. As Daddy’s little helper, Michelle became very knowledgeable in the arts of minor construction, remodel and DIY at a very young age. This knowledge turned into a hobby and passion as she moved from apartment to apartment, house to house, leaving each one in a better and more esthetically pleasing state than when she arrived.

A single mother, Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marywood University in 1992. Michelle embarked on a successful career in Accounting & Finance in the Broadcast Media industry. During these years, she was promoted, recruited and relocated from Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA to New Orleans, LA and finally to Washington, DC. Michelle is known by her colleagues as a solution provider… if there was a way to make it happen, she would find it. After 5 ½ years in DC, Michelle’s position was eliminated due to corporate downsizing. This provided her the opportunity to re-focus and move her passion for real estate into her career path where it belonged.

Michelle joined the Erich Cabe Team in 2011 and has been utilizing her strong financial background combined with her passion for real estate to assist her clients achieve their real estate goals. Elaine is a native Washingtonian from the Shepherd Park area of Washington, D. C.  She was 14 years in the legal field and also owned Rings N Things.  She is a graduate of Strayer University with a degree in Business, Law and Psychology.  She is also employed by JC Penney and for the last five and a half years part time h as been #1 in account openings and #1 in customer service.
